Contact us and Service Enquiry Pages
The information captured on these pages allows us to make sure you are contacted by the Lead Tech representative that is best placed to handle your enquiry. We capture:
- Business Name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- First and last name
- We capture both email and telephone number so that if we are unable to reach you on the phone, we can contact you via email to schedule the best time to call you
Completing our initial enquiry form.
If you contact us via the web form on our website or submit an enquiry on one of our landing pages, your data will be protected by a secure socket layer. The main website is hosted on a dedicated server in IOMart’s datacentre, all other enquiry pages are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google analytics is used to gather user data, such as number of visitors to a page. This data is used to improve our pages so that they meet your needs.
Data collected through form inputs is stored in a database on AWS. The data is securely transferred to Salesforce.com. Your data is stored on AWS for a maximum of 30 days, after which, it is deleted.

Doing business with us
In order for Lead Technologies to supply you with active in-market leads, we will need to store personal information including telephone number, email address and your business’s physical address.
How we store and process your data
To perform the duties of the contracted service, Lead Technologies (Europe) will store your data in the following systems;
This is the company’s cloud-based accounting system. The data is used for financial management and billing purposes only.

Salesforce.com is the company’s central CRM system. This is the central system used for managing all contact details relating to each of our partners. This system is also used to analyse business performance.
This system is also used to manage and distribute all leads that you will receive from Lead Technologies (Europe) Ltd.
Lead Tech Connect, our back office partner platform is hosted on Force.com. This is the Salesforce.com hosting platform, therefore all data is managed in the same place without the requirement to transfer data from one system to another.
This system is used to manage all partner email communications. It is a Salesforce.com solution and contact data is securely duplicated from Salesfoce.com to Pardot.com by a two way Secure Socket Layer certificate.
Sharing your data to provide our service

Communication as part of our Lead Generation Service
As part of your lead supply agreement with Lead Tech (Europe) Ltd, you will receive the following communications
- You will receive lead alerts from consumers who have made an enquiry through one of Lead Technologies (Europe) Ltd’s trading sites
- Partner Success communications
- A monthly account management call - this is the minimum you will receive
- A quarterly performance review call
- Lead alert reminders - when a customer informs us that their designated partner has not been in contact, we will notify you by email or SMS that the customer is waiting for your call.
- Communications regarding increased business opportunities via Email, SMS, or Telephone
- Monthly Partner newsletter via email
- Twice monthly invoicing communication via email
The leads we supply
The consumer details we collect as part of this service do not come with marketing consent.
The consumer is only consenting to be contacted by the partner Lead Tech connects them with in relation to the service they have requested and for no other purposes. This is covered by ‘pre-contract negotiations’.
If you intend to send marketing communications to the lead supplied by Lead Technologies (Europe) Ltd beyond the service relating to the initial enquiry, you must gain your own marketing opted in consent.
We will store your name and email address with a data processor to enable us to make sure you receive the service you have requested:
- Salesforce.com CRM for data processing and business analysis
- Pardot.com for email communications
- SMS magic for text message communications
Most of the information we hold about you is publically available information and most of our processing involves electronic communications with you at your request.
The information we collect about you is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We will never use your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Lead Technologies (Europe) Ltd. does provided added value communications in the form of regular newsletters containing tips and reviews on the financial industry. We only send these comms to contacts who have subscribed to these services.
Under data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. You may also ask us to delete all personal data held by us or any controller or processor with which we have shared your data as well as request that we cease to process any of your contact data.
